Reverend Darlene Desmond

Darlene M. Desmond is a native of Boston, MA, currently residing in Stamford, CT. She is blessed and proud to be the mother of two young adult sons.She is in service at Calvary Fellowship A.M.E. Church in Brooklyn, NY, under the pastorate of the Reverend Joseph H. Walston and First Lady, the Reverend Carmen H. Walston, as Minister to New Members, Discipleship and also teaches Bible Study (via conference call). She answered the call to preach on June 26, 2005, and is currently working to complete course work toward the degree of Master's of Divinity at Payne Theological Seminary in Wilberforce, OH. She was ordained an Itinerate Deacon in the African Methodist Church in 2010.
She is the proud graduate of a Historically Black College, Morris Brown College, founded by the African Methodist Episcopal Church. She also is a graduate of Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, MA. She is an Attorney licensed to practice in New York.
